Registering in advance eliminates the question if you will have a space in the class. Reservations may be made using the online scheduler, which closes normally the week prior to the start of the new series. Classes are normally 6 or 8 week sessions. For private instruction please email or use the contact us page. If the class you want to attend is at maximum capacity you will go on a waitlist and will be notified by email if a space in the class opens up.
If you are new to the studio please arrive fifteen minutes prior to class. This allows ample time to fill out a liability release form and gives you the chance to share limitations and/or injuries with the instructor. Returning yogi's are encouraged to come at least five minutes before class to get set up and be in place for the start of the class. Class will begin promptly at the start time and to ensure everyone's safety the studio door will be locked.
If you are pre-registered for a class and are unable to attend, we ask that you please cancel your registration so someone else can get a spot in class. Please cancel class registrations 24 hrs in advance to the start of the series to avoid being charged full price for the class. Cancellations after the start of the series will not be refunded.
Please adjust your phone to Do Not Disturb or even off but NOT to vibrate. Please respect the studio as a place for peace & quiet and limit conversations so that others can settle into their quiet zone. Please arrive properly hydrated and leave all food and drinks other than a bottle of water outside the studio. Shoes- please remove before entering the practice studio. Socks are best to be removed for the instructor to monitor proper alignment, however if you have a foot condition for which you need to keep your feet covered that is fine.
For mat classes please bring your own mat. The studio provides all other props (blocks, straps, chair, etc) as needed however if you prefer to use your own, feel free to bring them.
Please be aware that others may be sensitive to fragrances, perfumes and colognes. We ask that you keep these scents to a minimum on the days you are coming to yoga.
Please clean your mat after class so that we can keep our community healthy. If using any studio props please put them away at the end of class. Treat the bathrooms as unisex and help us to keep them neat and clean for everyone to enjoy.
